How to manage reviews?

Moderating reviews in ReviewsPro: finding the ones that need attention, publishing, hiding, featuring, replying with AI help, and setting auto-publish rules.

Written by Arsalan Ali

Open Reviews → Manage reviews in the left menu. This is where you decide what shoppers see on your store.

The Reviews page with All, Pending, Published, Hidden and Spam tabs and filters

Find the reviews that need attention

  • The tabs at the top split reviews into All, Pending, Published, Hidden and Spam. Pending is everything waiting for your approval.

  • Narrow the list by Rating, Product, Source, Media and Date, or search by customer or product.

What you can do with a review

Action

What it does

Publish / Hide

Shows the review on your store, or takes it off without deleting it

Feature this review

Pins it to the top of your widgets and carousels

Reply

Posts a public reply under the review. ReviewsPro drafts one for you in a warm, professional or brief tone, and you can edit it

Edit review

Fixes the rating, title, text, name or date. Edited reviews show a small “Edited by store” label

Mark as spam

Moves the review to the Spam tab

Delete

Removes reviews for good. Select them and choose Delete. This can’t be undone, so consider hiding instead

Click any review to open it. You will see the full review, its photos and videos, an AI analysis of the customer’s sentiment, and the reply box. Use Next pending to move straight to the next review waiting for approval.

Work on many reviews at once

Tick the boxes next to several reviews to Publish, Hide, Add tag or Delete them together.

Let ReviewsPro moderate for you

In Settings → Moderation you can choose which reviews publish automatically (4★ and above, 5★ only, all, or none), hold reviews that contain links or profanity, turn on the AI spam and fake-review filter, block words, and get an alert for 1–2★ reviews.

Other review pages

  • Product reviews: ratings and an AI summary of what customers love and their common concerns, for each product.

  • Store reviews: what customers say about buying from you, such as shipping and service, with AI-drafted replies.

  • Questions & answers: shopper questions from your product pages, with suggested answers taken from your reviews.

A note on replying: a calm, specific reply to a critical review often persuades future shoppers more than the positive reviews around it. It shows how you handle problems.
