How do I import tracking numbers for orders in bulk?

We made it easier for our suppliers to fulfill orders by using the Import Tracking Number functionality.

With the Import Tracking Number functionality, you have the ability to upload tracking numbers for multiple orders at once via CSV upload.

How to Import Tracking Number

  1. From your Spocket account, head over to My Orders Page

  2. Click the more action icon located on the top right-hand corner next to the avatar icon and select Import Tracking Number

  3. Scroll down the Import Tracking Tool page and download the CSV template guide

  4. Fill out the CSV template with the mandatory fields and save it

    • Order No. is the order number found on the My Orders Page

    • Tracking No. is the tracking number for the corresponding order

    • Tracking URL is the tracking site link

    • Carrier is the tracking carrier used to ship out the order

  5. Upload the file by either dragging and dropping the saved CSV file into the Upload CSV box or clicking Upload a file to select the file

  6. Click Update Tracking Info for the tracking information to be imported

  7. The error will appear in red if the CSV file is not filled out correctly. When this happens, simply fix the file accordingly and re-upload it

Important Note:

You will not be able to overwrite an order that already has a tracking number. This is to ensure that you will not accidentally make changes to an already-fulfilled order.

If you need to change the tracking number for an already-fulfilled order, please contact us.

How do I process and fulfill orders on Spocket?

When you receive an order through Spocket, you will receive an email notifying you of the order.

How do I view my orders?

There are 2 main ways to view your orders:

  1. If you are integrated with Shopify, all of your Spocket orders will flow into your Shopify store. On Shopify, Spocket orders contain a prefix S- for example, order# S-0001. This allows you to differentiate between a Spocket order and your regular store orders

  2. If you are not integrated with Shopify, all of your Spocket orders can be accessed on the My Orders page on the Spocket for Suppliers dashboard

How do I manage the stock levels of my products?

As a supplier, it is important to ensure your inventory is up-to-date so that retailers have the most accurate inventory information. As your inventory is updated on Spocket, this will be synced in real-time with online shops that are selling your products.

How do I update my inventory if I am integrated with Shopify?

You do not have to update your inventory on Spocket if your store is integrated with Shopify. Your inventory is automatically synced with Spocket. When your inventory is low, you will see a color-coded warning on your inventory levels on the Spocket for Suppliers dashboard.

These color codes have the following criteria:

Red

indicates less than 10 units of inventory

Orange

indicates 11 to 50 units of inventory

Black

indicates more than 50 units of inventory

How do I update my inventory if I am not integrated with Shopify?

If you want to update your inventory on Spocket manually, follow these steps:

  1. Select My Products from the menu on the left

  2. Choose the product you’d like to update and click Edit

  3. Scroll down to the Pricing section and input the inventory for each variant

If you want to bulk update your inventory, please contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email and we will coordinate the bulk update for you.

What happens when my product is out-of-stock?

If a product goes out of stock, we'll send you an email notification to let you know that the inventory will need to be updated or replenished.

Your items will show up as "Sold Out" on all your retailers' stores.

Important Note: Do not deactivate your product unless you will be permanently discontinuing that item. This will effectively remove the item from all of your retailers' stores. If your item is only temporarily unavailable, set the inventory to 0 to prevent new incoming orders.
