Once reviews are coming in, ReviewsPro can put them to work across your other tools and channels.
Connect your other tools
Go to Integrations to connect email, SMS, support, loyalty and marketing tools, including Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, Omnisend, Gorgias, LoyaltyLion and Slack.
Click the tool you want, then Connect.
Follow the setup steps shown: create an API key in the other tool and paste it in.
ReviewsPro tests the connection right away.
Once connected, ReviewsPro sends review events such as Review submitted, Review published and Low rating (1–3★), so you can trigger flows in the other tool. For example, send a thank-you email when a 5★ review is published. Some integrations need a higher plan; the connect window shows which.
Referrals (Pro)
Turn happy reviewers into referrers. After a customer leaves a review, they see a referral offer. Their friend gets a discount on a first order, and the reviewer is rewarded once the friend’s order is fulfilled.
Go to Marketing → Referrals and click Set up referrals.
Choose what the friend gets (a percentage or fixed amount off) and what the advocate gets (store credit or a discount code).
Click Turn on referrals.
The Referrals page then shows invites, clicks, referred orders, revenue and your top advocates.
Social sharing
In Marketing → Social sharing, turn your best reviews into ready-to-post images: Quote card, Photo + quote or Story 9:16. You can also post new 5★ photo reviews to Facebook automatically, with Ask before posting if you want to approve each one.
Stars in Google
In Marketing → Google & syndication, turn on Show stars in Google search. ReviewsPro adds review data to your product pages so Google can show star ratings. On Empire and Unicorn you can also share reviews with Google Shopping, the Meta catalog, TikTok Shop and the Shop app.
