Signing up for an SRFax account
Updated over a week ago

Before you can integrate SRFax into your CHR and start sending and receiving faxes, you must sign up for an SRFax account. You can set up more than one fax number per SRFax account and route them to different inboxes in your CHR.

💡 Tip: You can also set up more than one SRFax account. For example, each provider may want to subscribe to their own fax account.

📌 Note: If you want to port an existing fax number to your SRFax account, see Porting an existing fax number to SRFax.

Steps

1. Sign up for an SRFax account.

💡 Tip: Use the link below to obtain the CHR discount.

2. Provide your CHR contact with the following information:

  • SRFax account number

  • Password

  • Fax number

  • Email address used to signup for the SRFax account

  • The CHR inbox that would receive all incoming faxes

Using this information, your CHR contact configures your CHR with the SRFax integration. For more information, see Configuring your SRFax Integration.

⚠️ Important:

  • Your CHR contact informs you when the integration is complete. Once integrated, monitor your incoming faxes inbox to ensure that you are receiving faxes.

  • If you are new to the CHR, we recommend you sign up for an SRFax account at least 2 weeks prior to your Go-Live date.
