Manually create new incoming referrals from a scanned document you received

Updated over a week ago

If you do not have fax integration and you receive an incoming referral as a paper letter that you scan and add to your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), you can manually create a new incoming referral from the Referrals dashboard.

You can also create a referral from a received fax or document in your inbox (refer to Creating incoming referrals from the inbox).

Steps

1. From the main menu, click Referrals.

2. In the top-right corner, click New Referral and select Incoming as the type of referral.
