Track a child's development with a growth chart

Updated over a week ago

In the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), you can use growth charts to graph and compare data for children's height, weight, head circumference (0-2 years), and body mass index (2-19 years) against children of the same age. This enables you to track a child's growth and development as time progresses. You view and customize growth charts from the patient dashboard in a patient chart, and you can save the growth chart as a PDF to the Patient Files. For more information, see Using growth charts.

For example, below is a growth chart for an average child from 2 - 5 years of age.

You can also view the chart as a graph, using the WHO growth charts for Canada.
