Creating payment tags

You can add payment tags when creating insured and private bills. These can then be used to filter the billing dashboard.

For example, some billing codes must be used four times to receive a bonus payment. You can create a payment tag called bonus, or if you bill under multiple specialties, create a tag for each specialty you use.

Your front staff can filter the billing dashboard to identify specific bills efficiently. For more information refer to Filtering the Billing dashboard.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Billing.

  2. Under the Payment Tags section, click Add New Tag and the New Tag window opens.

  3. Type your tag name in the empty field.

  4. Click Save and refresh your browser before using the newly added tag.
