💥 IMPROVEMENTS 💥

A list of all the cool things we have added to our platform!

Two Factor Authentication with Authentication App

InputHealth has previously introduced the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for secure logins, which requires users to verify their identity by either email or sms. 2FA is an optional feature and it enhances the security of user accounts and reduces the possibility of unauthorized access to accounts.

Additionally to email and sms, you can now use Authentication Apps, like the Google Authenticator, to log into your account securely with 2FA.

2FA with an Authentication App can be configured under Settings > Security > User > Two Factor Authentication.

For more details on how to enable 2FA with email, sms, or Authentication App, please refer to our help article here.

🐛 🔨 BUG FIXES 🐛 🔨

Below is a list of bugs we have identified and fixed in this release. Should you want any more detail on the issues below, please feel free to message us.

  • Flex scheduling times would not be visible for patients using eBooking. This issue has been fixed, and patients can now select time slots during Flex schedule hours in eBooking.

  • We have fixed the broken formatting in Lab results for Excelleris, BC (yellow page). The text is now more structured with a clearer design, and you can resize and maximize the window without problems.

  • Whenever using one of the quick fax buttons for a prescription within an encounter, the faxed document would not include the recipient's information on the cover page. We have improved the design of the cover page, and the page now includes the recipient’s information including preferred pharmacy.
