Track a physician's progress on preventive care screening and FHO bonuses

Updated over a week ago

Using the FHO Physician Compliance analytics dashboard, you can track how well a physician is progressing toward their annual preventive care bonus numbers. For each preventive care measure, the dashboard displays the:

  • Number and percentage of compliant patients

  • Number of additional compliant patients required to reach each bonus level

  • Bonus amount entitled for each level of compliance

The dashboard also displays the age and gender breakdown of the physician's patient panel.

📌 Note: The patients identified as compliant for each preventive care test or vaccine is based on a set of criteria. To view the criteria for each preventive care measure, see Preventive care management (Ontario).

By default, the dashboard displays analytics for a provider's Family Health Organization (FHO) enrolled patients (see Flagging patients as FHO, FHG or FHN enrolled (Ontario)). However, you can filter the dashboard to display analytics for patients:

  • Enrolled in alternative programs (FHG, FHN)

  • Who have a certain provincial health number type (for example, OHIP)
