Configuring Stripe in the CHR

Clinics can process payment for private billing items from within the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), using Stripe.

This feature must be enabled by the TELUS CHR Support account. Contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat for more information.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Billing.

  2. Scroll down to the Private Billing Providers section.

  3. Click Integrate.


    A new window opens.

4. If you are an existing Stripe account holder, enter your email address.

5. Follow the instructions to connect to the CHR.

Alternatively, if you are new to Stripe, click Next and follow the instructions to sign up and connect to the CHR.
