While viewing a flowsheet, you can add values to existing data elements in the flowsheet. You can add injections (e.g. immunizations, allergy shots) and patient data (e.g. vitals).

1. Hover your cursor over the plus (+) icon beside the injection or patient data point, and then click Add Record.

2. A window appears where you can record information specific to the type of data you are adding.
📌 Note: The previous entry is displayed. Delete this information and replace it with the current values.

3. When you are finished adding the new record, click Save.

4. The new entry appears in the flowsheet, and is also recorded in the appropriate location in the patient chart (e.g. injections, vitals patient data).
