When you log into TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR), the page that first opens is determined by the Landing Page set in your profile.
For example, you can set the Schedules, Inbox or Patients area to open when you login.
📌 Note: Users with administrative permissions in the CHR can also update this setting for you. Refer to Updating a user's general profile information and settings.
Steps
1. At the top of the CHR main menu, click your avatar image.
2. Click Profile. Your Profile Settings opens.
3. Click the Preferences tab.
4. Under Landing Page, select the page you want to see when you first login.
5. The system saves your changes automatically.
