If you are required by the Ministry to submit SLI codes on your bills, in addition to specifying the appropriate SLI code on the bill, you must enable a setting in your MDBilling portal.
Steps
Log in to your MDBilling.ca account.
At the top right, click Welcome > Settings.
In the left toolbar, click My preferences.
Under Specific to Medical Disciplines, click Enable Service Location Indicator.
Click Save All Preferences.
