First, log into your insMind account. In the top right corner of the website, you will see your user avatar. Hover over the avatar to reveal a dropdown menu. From the menu, click on "Manage" to enter the subscription management page.
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription
On the subscription management page, you will see information about your subscription. Find and click the "Send" button on the page to get the verification code to cancel the subscription.
Step 3: Check Your Email for Verification
After clicking the "Send" button, a verification code will be sent to your email. Please check your email and copy the verification code, fill it in and confirm.
Step 5: Cancel Your Subscription
Unsubscribe immediately after entering the verification code correctly. You can check the current subscription status at the avatar information.
Important Notes
Ensure you use the correct email address to receive the verification email.
After cancelling, you can still use the service for the remainder of the paid period until the subscription term ends.
