Important Notes:
Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
Ensure you download any necessary data before initiating the deletion process.
For Users with an Active Subscription:
If you have an ongoing subscription, you will need to contact our customer support team to delete your account. Here’s how:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team through the help center or support email.
Provide Your User ID or Email: To expedite the process, include your User ID or Email and any relevant details in your request.
Confirmation and Deletion: Our support team will handle your request and ensure your account is deleted after confirming all necessary details.
Note: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
For Users without an Active Subscription:
If you do not have an active subscription, you can delete your account yourself by following these steps:
Access Account Settings:
Log in to your insMind account.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
Select "Setting" from the dropdown menu.
Find the Account Deletion Option:
In the Settings menu, look for the "Delete Account" section.
Verify Your Email:
You will be prompted to enter and verify the email address associated with your insMind account.
Account Deletion:
Once your email is verified, your account will be deleted immediately.
