Deleting your insMind account is a straightforward process, but it depends on your subscription status. Please follow the appropriate steps based on whether you have an active subscription or not.

Important Notes:

  • Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

  • Ensure you download any necessary data before initiating the deletion process.

For Users with an Active Subscription:

If you have an ongoing subscription, you will need to contact our customer support team to delete your account. Here’s how:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team through the help center or support email.

  2. Provide Your User ID or Email: To expedite the process, include your User ID or Email and any relevant details in your request.

  3. Confirmation and Deletion: Our support team will handle your request and ensure your account is deleted after confirming all necessary details.

Note: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

For Users without an Active Subscription:

If you do not have an active subscription, you can delete your account yourself by following these steps:

  1. Access Account Settings:

    • Log in to your insMind account.

    • Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the page.

    • Select "Setting" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Find the Account Deletion Option:

    • In the Settings menu, look for the "Delete Account" section.
