How to View, Add, Change, or Remove Your Payment Card

Managing your payment card on file with Instant Nonprofit is quick and easy through our Billing Customer Portal.

Steps to Update Your Payment Card

  1. Visit the Billing Customer Portal: Click here to access your account.

  2. Log in: Use the email address you signed up with.

  3. Manage Your Payment Method:

    • To Add a Card: Enter your new card details and save.

    • To Change a Card: Update your existing card information.

    • To Remove a Card: Select the option to delete or replace your stored payment method.
