Yes, if you would like to offer your clients free watermarked downloads follow the steps outlined below:
From the main menu click on Photos » Galleries.
Scroll down to the Permissions area.
Follow the steps for giving permission for individual downloads.
Check the Apply Watermark box.
Click Save.
