If you need to change the way your client pays for a booking session you can follow these steps.

Adjust a Multi Session

  • From the main menu click on Studio & Clients »Booking » Sessions.

  • Locate your session and click on it to see the details.

  • Click on the Open session that your friend or family member would like to book.

  • Click on Reserve this Spot.

  • Adjust the Payment Collection Method drop down box to Pay Full Amount Offline.

  • Add their Name and Email Address.

  • Click Confirm the Reservation. They will then be sent an email to confirm the booking.

Adjust a Single Session

  • From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Booking » Sessions.

  • Locate your session and click on it to see the details.

  • Click on the Modify the Session Details button at the bottom.

  • Adjust the Payment Collection Method drop down box to Pay Full Amount Offline.

  • Click Save.
