I have a client that doesn't want to pay for their session online; how can I change their session to require an offline payment instead?

If you need to change the way your client pays for a booking session you can follow these steps.

Adjust a Multi Session

From the main menu click on Studio & Clients »Booking » Sessions.
Locate your session and click on it to see the details.
Click on the Open session that your friend or family member would like to book.
Click on Reserve this Spot.
Adjust the Payment Collection Method drop down box to Pay Full Amount Offline.
Add their Name and Email Address.
Click Confirm the Reservation. They will then be sent an email to confirm the booking.

From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Booking » Sessions.
Locate your session and click on it to see the details.
Click on the Modify the Session Details button at the bottom.
Adjust the Payment Collection Method drop down box to Pay Full Amount Offline.
Click Save.
