Enabling and disabling the names of your photos on the large image view within your client galleries can be done as follows:
From the main menu click Photos » Preferences.
Scroll down to the Photo Display section.
Check (or uncheck) the box labeled Should the names of your photos be displayed underneath the large images?
Click Save to save your changes.
