Yes. If you need to hide a gallery from your main storefront, you can do that as follows:
From the main menu click Photos » Galleries.
Click on the name of your gallery and scroll to the Access section.
Uncheck the box for Show On Homescreen.
Click Save.
Note: Disabling the Show on Homescreen option will still allow an active gallery to be viewed by anyone with a direct link into it.
