The storage usage information is updated automatically once each day. However, if you've deleted a gallery because your subscription plan was running low on space, you can manually refresh the usage information at any time by doing the following:
From the main menu, click on your name or business logo and then select Account Details.
In the section labeled Subscription Plan, click the Refresh Usage link.
Once the page refreshes, you'll see the new usage information.
