How Monitoring Works
Carefully read the message to understand the potential rule violation. Common prohibited behaviours during an exam include navigating away from the exam page to access other files or applications, and using additional devices like phones to take photos or transfer files. These actions are typically flagged to maintain the integrity of the exam environment.
If you would like the status of your session to be reviewed, please contact your activity provider directly to request a review of the session for a possible reconsideration of the activity’s status.
Multiple Attempts
If you completed your activity/exam more than once under the same activity, you may still see a violation notice in the most recent email even if your latest attempt is valid. This happens because:
Any previous attempt that had violations will remain invalid.
The overall status of your activity may still appear Invalid until your activity provider reviews and updates it.
Only your activity provider can confirm or reconsider your final status. You can usually find your activity provider's contact information on the website or app you used to access or purchase your activity. Look for sections like "Support," "Contact Us," or "Help" on their platform.
