Troubleshooting a stuck or failed download

Download stuck or not completing

If your download appears frozen or keeps failing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection — Make sure you have a stable connection. Try loading another website to confirm.

  2. Clear your browser cache — Go to your browser settings and clear cached files, then retry the download.

  3. Try a different browser — Sometimes browser extensions or settings can interfere with downloads. Try using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

  4. Disable VPN or firewall temporarily — VPNs and firewalls can sometimes interrupt large downloads.

  5. Restart the download — Cancel the current download and start it again. Most downloads support resuming, so it may continue from where it left off.
