Customize what happens on form submission

Decide what happens when a form is submitted.

By default, a thank you message is shown when a form is submitted. But you can choose what should happen:

  1. Customize the thank you message:
    You can decide what text to display on submission. It could be instructions or a calendar link. It could be whatever you wish to display.

  2. Redirect to another URL:
    You can direct the viewer to another page of your choice (for example, your website or Calendly scheduler) to they can proceed with the next step.

  3. Redirect back to a Lead form:
    You can reopen the same form again after 20 seconds (for example, at open houses, so the next client can fill the form).

  4. Redirect to another InterFace Opportunity form:
    You can redirect to the next InterFace Opportunity form when a form is submitted (for example, redirect to Agreement Signed form if outcome on the appointment met form says so).

To modify the settings, click on the form you wish to edit in the Form Builder dashboard. Then, click on Settings and scroll to the Redirect Settings page:

Here's where you can choose what to do.

Additionally, you can set up conditional re-directing based on a field selection for Opportunity Forms. For example, if on the appointment met form, it says another appointment is scheduled, you can redirect the user back to the appointment form.

Or, if home inspection is selected on the Listing form, redirect them to a Vendors' form.

To set up a redirect on an opportunity form, go to Redirect Settings under the Settings tab.

You can use AND/OR condition for multiple rules (for example, if client type = Buyer and transaction stage = Agreement Signed).
