A disposition form can be accessed from a text which is sent to the agent after the appointment, or from our embedded app in Follow up Boss! The disposition form updates the deal stage to appointment met (if the appointment was met, of course), updates the outcome in the appointment widget in follow up boss.

You should create a disposition form after you have created an appointment form. Click on Create New Form under the Form Builder section in your InterFace account.

  1. Enter form name, description, form type = opportunity type, pipeline and stage. Select "Yes, it is an appointment disposition form" when prompted

  2. In the question regarding templates, we'd recommend using a template. You can skip if you wish to do so. It is important to have "Did the appointment happen" and "Appointment Met Date", as they are linked to the function of the form.

  3. Fields like "Why didn't the appointment happen" and "Appointment Outcome (choices pulled from FUB)" are mapped in Follow Up Boss, but are optional on the form.

  4. After creating the form, go into settings of the form to make additional adjustments, including adding more text to the text message sent out with the disposition form link. Additionally, you can decide when you want the text to go out after the appointment, and if you want to send a reminder text if the disposition form has not been filled.

  5. Once you have completed the settings, go to the appointment form and go into the settings tab. Here, you will get an option to select the disposition form. This is critical to the functioning of the forms.
