What are the different Roles in Rise.ai

Owner:

The first user to sign up for the Rise.ai account is designated as the Owner. The Owner has full control over the account and can add other members with various permissions.

How to manage user permissions

To add a team member, navigate to SettingsTeam & PermissionsInvite New Member.

Enter their email, select their role, and click Send Invite.

Once the invite is sent, your team member will receive an email from Rise.ai and will need to accept the invite.


To Edit the Role, navigate to Settings Team & Permissions, click the "..." icon next to the user, then select Change Role.


To Remove a user, go to SettingsTeam & Permissions, click the "..." icon next to the user, and select Remove Member.

To resend the invitation for a pending invite, click the "..." icon and select Resend Invite.
