How to export Rise.ai reports
Within your Rise dashboard, go to the Reports section and click on the Export Report button to download the desired report.
How to export the gift card sales report
The Gift Card Sales Report allows you to filter and export data based on specific criteria. For a more detailed explanation of this report, click here.
After clicking on the Export Report, a window will appear where you can:
Created Date
Choose the time range for when gift cards were created:All (no time limit)
Previous Month
Last 6 Months
Previous Year
Custom (select a specific date range)
Updated Date
Filter by the time range for when gift cards were last updated:All (no time limit)
Previous Month
Last 6 Months
Previous Year
Custom (select a specific date range)
Balance
Define a balance range to include gift cards with specific remaining amounts. Enter a minimum and maximum balance.
Once you’ve applied the desired filters, click Export to download the report with the selected data.
Note: The "Created" filter also includes updates. You can distinguish between created and updated gift cards after exporting by comparing the initial balance and current balance. If the values are the same, the gift card was created; if they are different, the gift card has been updated.
How to export the Customer Wallets Report
The Customer Wallets Report provides insights into wallet activity and balances.

How to export the All Activities Report
The All Activities Report provides an overview of all activity within a selected time frame. For a more detailed explanation of this report, click here.
After clicking on the Export Report, a window will appear where you can:

Previous Month
Last 6 Months
Previous Year
Custom (choose a specific date range)
Once you’ve applied the desired filters, click Export to download the report with the selected data.
How to export the Liability Report
You can export the Liability Report in two ways: CSV report or raw data export.

Export options
Export type | What it includes | When to use it |
CSV report | Exports the report exactly as configured, based on the selected report date, dimensions, metrics, and filters. | Use this when you want to download the summarized report shown in the dashboard and confirm totals by source, store, channel, location, or issuance period. |
Raw data export | Exports the individual activity behind the report totals, based on the selected report date and filters. Each activity appears as a separate row. | Use this when you need to investigate the events behind the totals or connect report activity with operational or financial records. |
To export the report
Click Export Report in the upper-right corner of the report.
Choose whether to export the CSV report or raw data.
Confirm the email address that should receive the file.
Click Start export.
There is no row limit on exported reports.
When the export is ready, Rise sends an email containing a download link. The link expires after two days. If the link has expired, generate a new export.
If you do not receive the export email, confirm the destination email address, check your spam or junk folder, and allow additional processing time for large exports.
