How to Customize Your Mobile Pass
To customize the Mobile Pass, go to the Rise dashboard -> On Site Assets -> Mobile Pass.
To start creating, click on "Create a Pass":
On the left side of the page, you can edit the Pass, while on the right, you’ll see a preview of how it will appear in the wallet.
Please note: The preview on the right is for reference only and may not perfectly reflect how the pass will appear in the actual Apple or Google Wallet.
Images:
Customize your mobile pass by uploading images for both Apple and Google Wallets.
Each image must meet the minimum size requirements specified for each section.
If an image with different dimensions is uploaded, it will be automatically resized to fit the required dimensions. This may result in adjustments, so we strongly recommend using images that match the exact size requirements.
All image fields must be filled. The system will not allow any empty image fields.
Colors & Text:
Choose your preferred text and background colors to match your brand.
Enter your business name (this is mandatory). In Google mobile passes, your business name will be displayed next to the logo.
When you click the “Save” button, the customization changes will be applied to the wallets of all customers in your store who have a wallet. This allows you to update the Mobile Pass design seasonally or highlight trending products and promotions in real time.
After the first time customizing the Mobile Pass, you will be directed to edit your emails to include the "Add to wallet" section.
How to enable the Mobile Pass in your Store Credit & Gift Card emails
To add the Wallet button to your emails, follow the steps below:
In the Rise Dashboard, go to the Notifications tab.
Choose the Gift Cards tab or the Store credit tab to add this to the desired email.
Click on the three dots to the left of the desired email, and choose "Edit":
Go to "Email Content" and open the "Footer" drop-down. Scroll down to enable the "Apple Wallet button."
Note that this will automatically add both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet installations by default:
How customers use the Mobile Pass
The Mobile Pass functions like any other pass, serving as a form of currency in your store.
Customers with an existing wallet can view their balance in real time. The expiration date displayed will indicate the next upcoming credit expiration, along with the amount set to expire.
Gift cards will have separate Mobile Passes from store credit passes, but both will share the same design for a seamless customer experience.
Designs and Examples
Since changes update all existing passes, you can easily take advantage of seasonal opportunities, like incorporating Christmas themes, or present "Best seller" items in your designs!
