Rise.ai & Klaviyo - Activate the Integration

Note: the following article instructs how to activate the integration. At the end of it, you'll find links to detailed articles with specific instructions on email flows set up

1. Head to the Integrations page in your Rise dashboard → Click Integrate within the:

2. A window will pop up - review the information and accordingly proceed with clicking Agree & Install:

3. Next, you'll need to allow access between Rise.ai and Klaviyo:

You will now be redirected to your Klaviyo account.

That’s it! The integration is now complete, and you can start building flows to notify your customers when their gift cards and rewards are delivered.

You'll also find the Rise.ai custom properties within the profiles of customers who were rewarded after the integration was activated.
