Overview

Email white labeling lets Rise.ai emails that are sent on your behalf, to be sent directly from your own domain. It replaces Rise.ai's default sending address, and removes the 'via Rise.ai' reference in the sending name.

Once white labeling is set up:

  • Emails will appear to be sent from your store’s domain (for example, support@yourstore.com).

  • The Rise.ai logo will be removed from the email footer.

  • The sender name, domain, and email address displayed to your customers will match your brand identity.

This setup can improve your customer experience as your Rise.ai emails will look more native, and match deliverability standards by aligning the emails with your verified domain.

How to implement email white-labeling for your account

The email white labeling backend settings need to be be configured by the Rise.ai team, after the requested domain's dns records are verified on the merchant's side (within your email service platform).

1. To initiate the process of implementation, please reach out to our support team and provide the following information:

  • Your requested domain name

  • Your requested sending email address

  • Your requested sender name

2. After receiving this information details, our team will create a domain entry on our email platform, and send you the DNS records that need to be verified on your side.

  • Please note: Rise cannot embed or update DNS records on your behalf. This step must be completed on your end, and we recommend consulting with your emails Specialist or with your email provider.

3. When you've completed the DNS records verification, let our team know again, so we can confirm it on our email platform and actively implement the white-labeling.

4. While our team tests it before confirming it was implemented, we always recommend that you test it as well, to ensure emails show up as expected.
