In this article, you'll learn:
How the Rise.ai Rewards Page works
The Rewards Page is a dedicated page where customers can learn everything they need to know about your Loyalty and Referral program.
Rise.ai provides four extension blocks that you can mix, match, and place on a dedicated page or anywhere else in your store to create the perfect layout.
How to Set up a Rewards Page
To set up your Rewards Page, go to Assets → On Site → Store credit, then hover over the Rewards page tile and click Customize.
After clicking Customize → Add & Customize, please follow these steps:
Immediately after clicking Add & Customize, the Rewards Page will be created, but it will not be visible yet.
To customize the Rewards Page, click on the Template field.
This will automatically redirect you to the Shopify theme editor, where you can edit the page layout and blocks.
In the Shopify editor, you’ll see the full Rewards Page, built from the following sections:
How to Customize the Rewards Page
To customize each block, click on the block itself within the Shopify editor. This will open a customization panel on the right-hand side where you can adjust the content and design.
Below is a breakdown of the settings available for each block:
Hero -
This block creates the main visual banner at the top of your page.
Content
Image - Allows you to select or upload a background image for the banner.
Title - The main headline displayed in the center of the banner (for example, "Our Rewards").
Subtitle - A secondary line of text below the title, used to provide a short description or tagline.
Style
Background color - Sets the background color of the banner section (visible if no image is selected).
Text color - Defines the color of the title and subtitle text.
Show text container - A toggle that allows you to add a solid background box behind the text to improve readability.
Container color - Controls the color of the text background box (active only when "Show text container" is enabled).
If you notice that the Hero extension is not aligned perfectly with the rest of your store's layout, you can easily fix this by adjusting the main app settings.
To do this, click on the Apps section in the left-hand menu. Then, in the settings panel on the right, toggle On the option to Make section margins the same as theme.
Store Credit Banner -
The Store Credit Banner is a dynamic storefront banner that displays available store credit and gives customers the option to apply it at checkout without leaving the page. It automatically adjusts based on each customer's login and credit status, ensuring the message is always relevant and personalized.
By making store credit more visible and accessible throughout the shopping experience, the banner helps increase credit usage, improve transparency, and boost customer engagement.
The banner supports three display states based on the customer’s status (a full breakdown appears later in this article):
Logged in with Store Credit: Shows the available balance and an Apply Store Credit button.
Logged in without Store Credit: Displays a custom message and an optional call-to-action.
Not logged in: Prompts the customer to sign in to view and use their credit or to sign up
Section -
This block creates the core content area where you explain how the program works (e.g., "How to earn store credit").
Content
Title - The main header for this section, usually describing the overall goal (for example, "How to earn store credit").
Style
Background color - Sets the background color for the entire section.
Text color - Defines the color of the text used in the title and columns.
Show column container - A toggle that adds a background box behind the individual reward columns to separate them from the main background.
Container color - Controls the color of the column background box (active only when "Show column container" is enabled).
Columns (1, 2, & 3)
The Section block is divided into three columns, allowing you to highlight different ways to earn rewards. For each column, you can customize:
Image - Select or upload an icon or image to visually represent the action.
Title - The name of the specific action (for example, "Refer a friend" or "Place your first order").
Subtitle - A short description detailing the reward value (for example, "Give $5 credit, get $5 credit").
Referrer widget -
This section displays the referral offer available to customers. It highlights the reward structure, clearly explaining what the friend receives and what the referrer earns in return. The Get your link button allows customers to generate and share their unique referral link directly from the Rewards Page.

Please note: This section will not appear if your Referral Program is not active.

FAQ -
This block creates a Frequently Asked Questions section to help answer common customer queries and clarify program details.
Content
Caption - A small, introductory label displayed above the main title (for example, "FAQ").
Title - The main heading for the FAQ section (for example, "Everything you need to know").
Style
Background color - Sets the background color for the entire FAQ section.
Text color - Defines the color of the text used for questions and answers.
Rows - This section allows you to input specific questions and answers. For each row, you can define:
Question - The specific question customers might ask
Answer - The detailed response to the question, which appears when the customer expands the row.
Note:
There’s no option to add additional rows directly to the FAQ block.
However, you can do this through Shopify. In the same location, click Add section, then under Sections, select Collapsible content to create a new FAQ with additional rows. Keep in mind that you’ll need to customize this section again.
After you finish editing all the blocks, return to Pages, set the Rewards Page to Visible, and click Save.
