Rise.ai & Narvar Integration

Learn how to integrate Rise with Narvar to offer seamless store credit refunds and returns

Please note:

  • Completing the integration set-up requires manual configuration on both Narvar and Rise.ai sides.

  • The Narvar integration is available only on the Premium plan or above.

​If you installed Rise.ai before 2025 you might not be on Rise.ai V2 and will need to refer to this article.


1. How the Rise & Narvar integration works

Once you integrate Rise with Narvar, you'll be able to issue store credit refunds directly through Naravr when customers return products. The credit will be added to the customer’s existing loyalty card, along with any previously accumulated credit.

  • Simplified credit management: Manage all customer credit from a single dashboard with better visibility and control.


2. How to Activate the Integration

Step 1. Reach out to your Rise.ai Account Manager or Customer Support team requesting to set up your Narvar workflow. Please specify your Shopify URL.

Step 2. Reach out to your Narvar Account Manager or Customer Support team to let them know that you’ve requested to activate the integration.

Once the internal setup is completed, your Rise.ai Account Manager or Support team will notify you that the Narvar app is now "Integrated".

Step 3. In the Rise dashboard → Go workflows → Click Create Workflow → Select the Narvar “Return Completed” trigger.

Step 4. Add Issue Store Credit action and set the desired store credit amount.

If the return is eligible, Rise will issue X amount of % store credit based on the credit type you choose: Percentage/Fixed amount/Relative amount. You can also add internal note, tags and the email notification template.
