What is the Check Balance Asset
On the Check Balance Asset, customers can enter their gift card or loyalty code to view the remaining balance.
How to implement the Check Balance extension
Go to your Rise Dashboard ➝ On Site Assets ➝ Gift cards ➝ Click Set up.
After clicking Set Up, a widget will open explaining the steps in the process.
Here’s a more detailed explanation of the widget:
Go to Shopify Admin ➝ Online Store ➝ Themes ➝ Customize.
In the theme editor, choose where you want to display the Check Balance.
Click Add Section\Add Block, and insert the Check Balance asset.
This is how it will look after you implement the Check Balance block.
Customize the section if needed and click Save to apply the changes.
Please note:
The button color will automatically match your theme’s color settings.
Adding two Check Balance blocks or sections to your store may cause an error.
