1. How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order with INTERSPORT Australia, you may be eager to track its progress and know when it will arrive at your doorstep.

Log in to your INTERSPORT Australia account, go to "My Orders," and click "Track Order" to view the status and tracking number.
Clicking the tracking number will redirect you to the carrier’s page for detailed updates.
You can also track your order using the AusPost app by logging in with the same email used at checkout.
The app provides real-time updates and allows you to manage delivery preferences.
For Click & Collect orders, you'll be notified when your item is ready.

Another great way to track and manage your order is with the AusPost App. Simply download the app and log in with the same email address you sue when purchasing from us - your order will be automatically added to the app for tracking. You can also receive updates about the delivery via the app, and you'll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.
