  • Include your order number in the email.

  • Send these details to help@intersport.com.au. This helps our team validate the issue and initiate your return efficiently.

Exchanging Shoes In-Store:

  • Bring the shoes and the order receipt to your nearest Intersport AU store to exchange.

  • If the required size is unavailable, you may return the shoes online.

Using the Online Returns Portal:

  • Visit the Intersport AU website and access the online returns portal.

  • Follow the detailed steps to submit a return request.

  • Print the return shipping label and securely attach it to the package.

  • Once received and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed. Important Notes:

  • Ensure that the shoes are unworn and in their original condition, including packaging.

  • Refunds are only issued after the items are received and inspected.
