How do I make a return for my order?

To initiate a return, please submit an Online Return Request form.

The steps include logging into the Intersport AU online returns portal, following the step-by-step instructions to register your return request, securely packaging your item, and using the provided prepaid return label for shipping. Ensure all required documentation, such as the order receipt, is included when submitting your return request.

This must meet the below criteria:

  • The item must be unworn or unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the shoe box and product tags.

  • Non-fitting items, such as shoes, can also be returned free of charge, as long as they meet the standard return criteria.

If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund may be declined, and the products will be returned to you. Returns after 30 days are only accepted if there is a manufacturer's fault in the shoes.

Online orders can be returned in store by first submitting an Online Return Request form.
