How do I make a return for my order?

To initiate a return, please submit an Online Return Request form.

The steps include logging into the Intersport AU online returns portal, following the step-by-step instructions to register your return request, securely packaging your item, and using the provided prepaid return label for shipping. Ensure all required documentation, such as the order receipt, is included when submitting your return request.

To initiate a return or faulty item request, follow these steps:

  1. Log in with your order details.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Specify the reason for the return (e.g., incorrect size, manufacturing fault).

  4. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.

For incorrect size / Change of Mind / Other reasons for return, the below criteria must be met:

  1. Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Condition: The shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original box.

  • The item must be unworn or unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the box and product tags.

If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund may be declined, and the products will be returned to you. Returns after 30 days are only accepted if there is a manufacturer's fault in the shoes.

If your shoes have a manufacturing fault, you can still return them even if they have been worn or are beyond the 30-day return period. Examples of manufacturing faults include issues like defective materials or construction problems. Faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and you can submit a faulty item request through the returns portal for evaluation.

Online orders can be returned in store by first submitting an Online Return Request form.

Ensure to bring the item in its original condition along with the order receipt when visiting the store for a return.
