Before You Start
Investorlift.ai is the next-generation platform for real estate wholesalers and investors. Its AI-powered interface makes it faster and more efficient to create, manage, and publish deals to the right buyers.
This guide walks you through every step to create and publish a new deal on Investorlift.ai.
Step 1: Click the "New Deal" Button
Once inside your account, locate the New Deal button at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard and click it to start creating your deal.
Step 2: Search for the Property Address
Enter your property's address in the search field. A drop-down menu will appear — select the correct address and click Next to continue.
Step 3: Enter the Main Property Details
Provide the primary information about the property:
Number of bedrooms
Number of bathrooms
Other key features of the property
Click Next to move forward.
Step 4: Enter Pricing Information
Fill in the pricing details for your deal:
Asking price: The price you want to sell the property for
Purchase price: The price you have the property under contract for
Click Next to continue.
Step 5: Add Deal Value Details
Provide the information buyers use to evaluate the investment opportunity:
Estimated ARV (After Repair Value)
Rehabilitation Scope: Full Rehab, Major Repair, Light Rehab, or Turnkey
Estimated Repair Costs: Low and high range
Click Next to proceed.
Step 6: Add a Description
Write a compelling description that tells buyers why this is a great investment opportunity. Fill in:
Deal Title: A clear, attention-grabbing headline for the listing
Full Description: Key details, highlights, and anything that makes this deal stand out
Click Next to continue.
Step 7: Add Photos
Upload Your Photos
Click on Drop photos here to upload your images.
Once your photos are uploaded, click Done.
Set Your Main Display Photo
Select your main display photo by clicking on it. The selected image will be marked with a yellow highlighted star - this is the photo buyers will see first on your listing.
Step 8: Publish Your Deal
Click Publish Deal to make your deal live. A pop-up will appear showing the fee and available payment options.
⚠ Important: To move your deal from the Draft column to Available, you must publish it first. Unpublished deals will not be visible to buyers.
