Account Access & Setup
How do I get access to Investorlift AI?
Go to investorlift.ai and enter your existing Investorlift email. A magic link will be sent to your inbox for secure, password-free login. Current customers are automatically migrated to Investorlift AI.
Can I store a credit card for posting deals?
Yes. Once you use a card to publish a deal, it is saved for future use. You can also add or update payment methods in Settings → Billing & Payments.
Posting & Publishing Deals
Why does posting with Investorlift.ai have a cost?
The fee covers an AI Marketing Fee that automatically promotes your deal to top buyers and guarantees a curated list of inbound and outbound leads (with contact info) for that specific deal.
Can I post a deal without paying?
No. All AI-powered posts require payment to cover the cost of included leads.
How do I format my deals or add bullet points?
Type a hyphen (-) followed by a space, then start typing your bullet text.
Where do I upload the agreement so Investorlift can verify a property?
Send a copy of your contract and the property address to support. The team will upload and verify it for you.
Marketing & Buyer Outreach
How does Investorlift.ai market my property?
It uses AI matching algorithms and automated marketing campaigns to connect your property with the top buyers most likely to be interested.
Can I send a manual campaign?
No. All campaigns are sent automatically by AI after you publish a deal.
How do I send a blast to my own buyer list?
Campaigns on free plans are sent once, using Investorlift.ai to match your deal to the top buyers in the area. Additional or manual campaigns are only available with paid subscriptions.
How do I send a property address to a buyer?
If your deal is set to "Show Address on Request," the system shares it automatically when a buyer clicks Request Address. Otherwise, you can copy and send the address manually via SMS through Investorlift.ai.
Does Investorlift automatically send the property address when a buyer submits a request?
Yes. By default, Investorlift sends the address automatically. Contact support to confirm the auto-send setting is enabled on your account.
How can I share a deal link with a buyer?
Click the Preview button on the deal - this opens the public deal page, where you can copy and share the link with your buyers.
Managing Leads
What are inbound leads?
Inbound leads are buyers who interact with your deal - through inquiries, address requests, or by viewing the listing for more than 30 seconds. There is no limit to inbound leads.
Is there a limit to outbound leads?
You receive at least 50 outbound leads per deal, plus unlimited inbound leads.
Are leads delivered all at once?
No. The algorithm releases leads gradually as it discovers them, and works harder once you start moving leads across columns. Inbound leads still appear in real time as buyers engage with your deal.
Where do I find property address requests and views?
All address requests and viewers appear in your New Leads column as Inbound leads (green tag).
I received an email about a buyer inquiry. Where can I view it?
On Investorlift.ai, all inquiries appear as inbound leads on your Lead Board, with contact info so you can follow up by phone or SMS. Full admin inquiry views require a paid subscription.
How do I manually add a buyer or offer?
Click the Add Lead button in the main header to add a lead through the slide-out drawer. Once the lead appears in Attempted to Contact, drag it to Offer Made to record an offer.
How do I view all notes for a lead?
Click the Notes icon on the lead's profile. A panel will show all manual entries and status-based notes (e.g., from "Interested" or "Not Interested" updates).
How do I add a note to a lead?
Hover over the lead, click the 📝 Note icon, write your note, and click Add Note.
How do I edit a note?
Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the note, make your changes, and click ✅ to save.
How do I delete a note?
Click the 🗑️ trash can icon next to the note you want to remove.
Managing Properties & Deals
How can I change the status of my property?
Drag and drop the property between columns on the Deals Board, or open the property and change its status from the Edit Page.
Where can I find my available or expired properties?
Properties remain in your account unless they are more than 60 days old and expired.
How can I find my previous posts?
Active deals appear on your Deals Board. Expired deals older than 180 days no longer appear - contact support to recover an expired listing if you have an extension on your purchase agreement.
Can I completely delete a deal from my pipeline?
Yes. Contact the support team to request the deletion of a property.
Account & Migration
What happened to my funds from the old Investorlift site?
Any remaining balance from the old site will be refunded after you post your first deal on Investorlift.ai.
