How to Configure Disposition Settings on Your Investorlift Account

If you want to streamline your property transactions and enhance communication with buyers, setting up disposition settings on Investorlift is a key step.

Follow the steps below to configure your disposition settings on Investorlift.

1. Open Disposition Settings

  • Log in to your Investorlift account.

  • Navigate to Settings in the left panel.

  • Locate the Disposition Settings tab and click to access the configuration page.

2. Configure General Settings

Under the General tab, enter your company information:

  • Company name

  • Company address

  • Disclosure statement (optional) - a document informing buyers of known material defects or potential issues with a property before purchase. Here is an example clients commonly use:

  • Photo watermark transparency (optional).

3. Customize Email Settings

  • Under the Emails tab, format key email elements such as logos and disclaimers.

  • Notification delay: Click the dropdown under "Notification delay" and select your preferred delay.

  • Click Save when done.
