Why Setting Up Your Profile the Right Way Matters

Getting your Investorlift seller account set up correctly from the start ensures buyers see a professional, credible profile - and that you never miss important deal activity. This guide walks you through signing up, customizing your personal and business profile, and configuring your notification preferences.

Investorlift offers two platforms - one for sellers and one for buyers:

Each platform provides specialized tools tailored to its user group, streamlining the investment process and facilitating efficient communication between buyers and sellers.

Sign Up

For Sellers

To get started with a seller profile, contact our sales team through the chat on the platform. Reach out and let us know you're looking to speak with our sales team.

For Buyers

Register through the Investorlift Deals website:

  1. Click "Sign up" in the top right corner of the website.

  2. Fill in your name and contact details manually.

  3. Agree to the terms and to receive texts on deals that fit your Buy Box.

  4. Click "Continue" to finalize the process.

Customize Your Personal Profile

Once logged in at admin.investorlift.com, access My Profile in the top right-hand corner to customize your account.

Upload a Profile Photo

Upload a clear photo of yourself, especially if you are a disposition manager. Your photo appears on your property listing pages - listings without a photo receive fewer offers.

Add a Public Phone Number

This is the number displayed on your property listing page for buyers to contact you. It can be the same as your notification phone number.

Notification Settings

In My Profile β†’ Notification Settings, choose what you'd like to be notified about and whether you prefer SMS, email, or both. Toggle each notification type on or off.

Available notification types:

  1. Buyer Registered: A new buyer has registered for your deals site (Enterprise users only).

  2. New Lead: A seller has submitted their information on your WebLift page.

  3. Offer Made: An investor has made an offer on one of your properties.

  4. Open House Cancellation: A previously scheduled open house has been canceled.

  5. Address Request: A buyer has requested the property address for one of your listings.

  6. Open House Registration: A buyer has registered to attend your open house.

  7. Open House Registration Cancellation: A buyer has canceled their open house registration.

  8. Proof of Funds: A buyer has submitted their proof of funds.

  9. Property Assigned: An offer has been accepted on a property.

  10. Property Inquiry: Someone has inquired about a property via your listing.

  11. Property Expired: Your property listing has expired and is no longer active.

Customize Your Business Profile

Go to Settings β†’ Disposition Settings to fill out your business profile. Accurate, complete information strengthens your brand and ensures a professional experience for buyers.

General: Fill Out Your Company Details

  • Provide your company name, address, phone number, and email.

  • Fill in your Disclosure Statement if you have one.

  • Add a watermark for your property photos.

Emails: Set Your Email Branding

  • Add a company logo for email branding.

  • Set up automatic delay for notifications.

  • Choose whether to show the property address in email blasts.

  • Update your email disclaimer.

Change Password

Update your password at any time from the Change Password section in My Profile.
