4. How to Identify Land Purchases in God Mode
God Mode is a powerful tool for finding strategic land investment opportunities. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Investorlift account and access God Mode.
Enter an address in the "Search by Address" field to define your target market - from a specific street to a city, county, or state.
Click on Buy & Hold.
Click on Property Type and select Land from the dropdown menu.
5. Find and Add Buyers to Your List
Buyers in your neighborhood who did well on previous deals are likely to invest again. Here's how to identify and add them to your list:
Access God Mode from the left navigation menu.
Enter your target market — as specific as a street address or as broad as a city, county, or state.
Choose your data type: Flip Data for short-term insights or Buy & Hold Data for long-term strategies.
Apply filters: refine by bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, date range, and radius distance.
Identify potential buyers and use the skip trace function to find phone numbers for buyers without contact info. Each skip trace costs 12 Investorlift Credits (1 Credit = $0.01).
