Why the Favorites Feature Matters

Bookmarking deals saves you time and keeps your investment focus organized. Instead of searching repeatedly or digging through history, you can quickly access all properties you're considering in one place.

The Investorlift Favorites feature lets you save deals with one click and revisit them anytime for comparison, additional analysis, or follow-up action.

This guide explains how to save deals as favorites on Investorlift.

Step 1: Search for a Property

To begin, search for properties that interest you:

  • Use the search bar or property filters to browse listings.

  • Filter by location, price, deal type, and verification status to narrow down your options.

Step 2: Click the Heart Icon to Save

When you find a deal you want to keep:

  • Locate the heart icon (❀️) on the property card or property detail page.

  • Click the heart to add the deal to your Favorites.

  • The icon will fill or highlight, indicating the property has been saved.

Step 3: Access Your Saved Deals

To revisit and manage your bookmarked deals:

Find Your Favorites

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner and click on your profile icon.

  2. In the dropdown menu, click "Favorites."

  3. You'll see a list of all properties you've saved with the heart icon.

Alternatively: Click the heart icon (❀️) next to your profile to access Favorites directly.

This enables easy access for comparison, decision-making, or follow-up action without needing to search again.

The Favorites feature helps you:

  • Save Time – No need to re-enter search criteria or scroll through listings again.
