Why a Property May Already Be Listed
A duplicate listing error occurs when multiple wholesalers claim the same property. This typically happens when:
Multiple wholesalers are working with the same seller, and one listed it first
The same property has been submitted to Investorlift more than once
To protect marketplace integrity and ensure only authorized wholesalers can list properties, Investorlift requires verification whenever two wholesalers claim the same property.
How to Resolve This Quickly
Steps to Take
Locate your contract or marketing authorization document from the seller.
Email it to Investorlift Support with the property address and your information.
Our team will verify your authorization quickly so you can list the property.

Email your contract or authorization to:
Include the following in your email:
The property address
Your name and company
A copy of the signed contract or marketing authorization from the seller
