Why Didn't I Receive My Verification Code?
Investorlift sends verification codes by SMS and requires a US, non-VoIP mobile number. We don't currently support an alternative verification method, so if your number doesn't meet that requirement, the code won't arrive.
The most common reasons a code doesn't arrive:
VoIP number (Google Voice, TextNow, MagicJack, Skype, and similar services) β VoIP services cannot receive our verification SMS.
Landline β landlines don't receive SMS at all.
Non-US number β international mobile numbers are not currently supported for verification.
Carrier filter or spam block β some carriers filter short-code messages. Wait a minute, request a new code, and check that messages from short codes aren't blocked on your device.
π International buyers: Investorlift welcomes international investors, but phone verification still requires a US non-VoIP number. Without it, your account remains limited and you won't be able to fully interact with deals. If you obtain a US non-VoIP number in the future, you'll be able to complete verification and use the platform normally.
If you've ruled out the above and still aren't receiving codes from a US non-VoIP number, contact support with the phone number and the time you last tried so we can help. Learn more about phone verification.
π‘ Use a US non-VoIP mobile number registered in your name for the most reliable verification.
