On the Desktop Site:
Go to the Collection page.
Filter your collection, if desired.
Directly above the collection table, select the grey button "Export CSV".
Select "Group by bottle" or "Group by label". Groping by bottle will break out each individual wine into a separate line item, grouping by label will group any wines that are the same together and list a quantity column.
Hit "Export bottles"
Your collection will download directly to your browser. Can't find the file after doing this? The browser is likely blocking the download. Please learn more here.
On the iPhone App:
Open the InVintory app
Go to Collection
Filter your collection, if desired
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap Select All in the top right
Tap More
Tap Download CSV

From there you can AirDrop, Message, Mail, etc. to send your file
On the iPad App:
Open the InVintory app
It will default to your Collection, navigate to a specific cellar if desired.
Filter your collection, if desired.
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap Select All (above Filters)
Tap More at the bottom
Tap Download CSV

From there you can AirDrop, Message, Mail, etc. to send your file
Want to convert your export to a PDF?
To convert a CSV file to a PDF, you can use a few different methods.
Method 1: Using Microsoft Excel
Open the CSV file in Excel: Right-click on the CSV file and select "Open with" > "Microsoft Excel".
Save as PDF: Go to "File" > "Save As".
Choose the PDF format: In the "Save as type" dropdown, select "PDF".
Save: Name your PDF file and choose a location to save it.
Method 2: Using Microsoft Notepad
Open the CSV file in Notepad: Open the CSV file in Notepad.
Print to PDF: Go to "File" > "Print".
Choose a PDF printer: Select a "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer.
Save: Name your PDF file and choose a location to save it.
Method 3: Using Online Converters
Upload the CSV file: Follow the instructions on the website to upload your CSV file.
Convert and download: The website will convert the CSV to PDF. Download the PDF file to your computer.
