How to export / download collection data:
On the Desktop Site:
Go to the Collection page of the Desktop Site
Filter your collection, if desired.
Directly above the collection table, there are a few icons. Select the last one (paper with downward arrow)
Select PDF or CSV. The PDF option shows fewer fields, the CSV is a comprehensive list.
Your collection will download directly to your browser.
Can't find the file after doing this? The browser is likely blocking the download. Please see this help article.
On the iPhone App:
Open the InVintory app
Go to Collection
Filter your collection, if desired.
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap Select All in the top right
Tap More
Tap Download CSV
From there you can AirDrop, Message, Mail, etc. to send your file
On the iPad App:
Open the InVintory app
It will default to your Collection, navigate to a specific cellar if desired.
Filter your collection, if desired.
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap Select All (above Filters)
Tap More at the bottom
Tap Download CSV
From there you can AirDrop, Message, Mail, etc. to send your file
