Go to the collection page

Scroll to the bottle you'd like to remove (or filter your collection to get a smaller list)

Tap on the bottle

Tap "Remove" in the middle bottom of the screen

If you have multiple bottles, you'll need to select the specific bottle(s)

Tap "Next" in the top right

Fill in any removal details
