How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription please follow the guide below depending on your platform.

Important: Simply deleting the app from your device won't cancel your subscription.

Apple:

  1. Open Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the Invoice Fly icon.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap on your profile icon, make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

  3. Click on Payments & subscriptions, then on Subscriptions.

  4. Find and open your Invoice Fly subscription.

  5. Tap on Cancel Subscription.

Stripe:

  1. Open Invoice Fly Web on a browser.

  2. Click on the Settings icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Select Manage Subscription.

  4. Click on the Cancel Plan button.

  5. Follow the steps to confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
