If you encounter a billing error with Apple on the Invoice Fly app, such as a message stating “Billing problem with previous purchase,” “Verification required,” or something similar; you’ll need to update your payment method. Add a new, valid payment method and remove the old one. The new payment method will automatically be charged for any unpaid balance. Once the outstanding balance has been paid, you’ll be able to resume making purchases or using your subscriptions.
In order to change the payment method follow this steps:
Update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
5. Tap Edit.
6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.
7. On iPhone, you'll see a message saying "Remove Payment Method".
Update your payment method on your Mac:
Open the App Store.
Click your name or the Sign In button.
Click Account Settings.
Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments. (If you're using an older macOS version, click Edit next to Payment Type.)
Click Add Payment, then enter the new payment method. Click Done.
6. Click Edit next to the old payment method, then click Remove Payment Method.

Verifying your payment info
Your payments profile might be deactivated. To reactivate your profile, submit your payment information.
At the top, select Alerts .
If you have a red alert, enter your payment information and wait for the team to respond.
Check your email for the review results.
Trying to pay with a different payment method
If there's a issue with a payment method you can try paying with a different one.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
Go back to the item you want to buy & tap the price.
Tap the current payment method.
Choose a different payment method or add a new one.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
Fixing credit and debit card errors
There may be a issue with your credit or debit card if you see one of the following error messages:
"Unable to process payment: low card balance"
"Unable to complete transaction. Please use another form of payment"
"Your transaction cannot be completed"
"Unable to complete transaction: expired card"
"Correct this card info or try another card"
