Step-by-Step Guide to Installing the App
Download and install InvoiceFly from your device's app store.
Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
Creating an Account
Open InvoiceFly.
On the welcome screen, tap "Get Started."
Choose one of the following options to create your account:
Continue with Google
Continue with Apple
Continue with Email
Setting Up Your Profile
Tap the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
From the settings menu, select Basic Info & Logo.
Fill in the following details:
Business Name: Enter your business name.
Business Address: Provide your business address, including city, state, and zip code.
Contact Information: Add your business phone number and email address.
Business Logo: Tap the logo placeholder to upload your business logo. You can select an image from your device or take a new photo.
Once all the necessary information is entered, tap Save in the top right corner to update your profile.
Your profile is now complete! Your company information will automatically appear on your invoices and estimates, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
