Customize invoices with InvoiceFly to meet your business needs. This guide shows you how to add discounts, taxes, notes, and payment terms.

How to Customize Your Invoices

  • Open Invoice Fly.

  • To create a new invoice, tap the Create New Invoice button.

  • To edit an existing invoice, select the invoice you wish to customize.

  • Once you have added all the necessary details and customized the invoice fields, tap Preview, or if you selected an existing one, tap Customize to access more in customizations.

Customization Menu

At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the customization menu with several options to personalize your invoice:

Template

  • Tap "Template" to choose between four different invoice templates. Select the one that best suits your brand and style.

Logo

  • Tap "Logo" to upload your business logo.

  • Customize Logo Size and Transparency:

    • Adjust the size of the logo and set its transparency level to achieve the desired look.

Color

  • Tap "Color" to select the primary color of your invoice. This color will be used for headings, borders, and other elements.

Font

  • Tap "Font" to choose from four font options: Lato, Open Sans, Montserrat, and Roboto.

  • Adjust Font Size:

    • Choose the size of the font (Huge, Big, Medium, Small) to ensure readability and style.

Options

Header Options:

  • Tap "Options" and enable or disable the following header details:

    • Business Name

    • Short Business Name

    • License Number

    • Due Date

    • Date Format

Content Options:

  • Customize what is displayed in the invoice content:

    • Quantity and Unit Price

    • Discount

    • Tax

Summary Options:

Customize the summary section with these options:

  • Tax Details

  • Signature

  • Business Signature

Adding a Business Signature:

  • If you want to include a business signature, tap on "Business Signature." This will take you to a page where you can:

    • Add a new signature

    • Give the signature a name

    • Upload an existing signature image

Info

  • Add Business Info:

    • Tap "Info" to update or add your business information, including your business name, address, and contact details.

  • Set Terms and Conditions:

    • Enter any terms and conditions that should appear on your invoice.

  • Custom Labels:

    • Use this option to change invoice labels to your preferred business terminologies. This helps align the invoice language with your brand's tone.

Save Your Customizations

Once you’ve made all your desired changes, make sure to save your invoice. Your customizations will be applied to the invoice, giving it a professional and branded appearance.
